While drving about 45 miinutes from my house, I found this barn just sitting there. Well, I had to take the shot. That's the Middle and North Sister in the background, a couple of peaks in the Oregon Cascades.

What a humble barn compared to the majestic peaks in the background. That barn must be very lucky to have such a wonderful view. And I see capped peaks brrrrrrr. Nice image

With scenery like that, I can overlook the junk beside the barn. Great eye and a super capture. Nicely done.

More does not always equal better.
The mountains and the sky have been captured so well here, and the colors are fabulous. I love old barns, be they in repair or in need of repair, so the quality of the subject is not important to me when it comes to old buildings, but I would like to point out, as has been pointed out before me, that the junky yard that the owner has decided to live with is great for him/her, but I'm not sure that it enhances this otherwise beautiful upload as far as desk top material. :( Oh, well.....I can always concentrate on the mountains, which are like a dream ...nice job :)PJ
