Newgrange in this photo is at the top right on the hill. It's an ancient burial mound older than both Stonehenge and the Giza Pyramids. Only about 10-12 people at a time are allowed inside of it and we were pretty cozy at that. No photos allowed inside of the mound. But you can learn more about it by clinking this link. A video at the link takes you into the mound. On a side note, this is my first attempt ever at layers in a photo. I worked on everything in one software (Luminar), and the sky on another (Photomatix) so that it looked more like it did when I actually took the photo. Luminar allows Dummy simple ways to replace the sky, and I combined the Photomatix sky with the Luminar photo. So the final product is a non-HDR foreground with an HDR sky.

Thanks for both the 'painting-like' capture and the informative narrative (with link), Ted.
I would almost say that it's a 'wall hanger' again, but I realize that you've provided us with so many splendid captures, that I had to build a new house with extra rooms in order to give them all a honorable place, ☺ .
Thanks a lot anyhow for so many splendor!
