One terrific place to get memorable photos is the courtyard of the Musee de Louvre at night. It's very colorful and there are MUCH fewer people. At one end of the courtyard and before the Jardin des Tuileries is the Arc du Carrousel, shown here. Paris, France; September, 2015.

The 'Arc de Triomphe du Carrousel' shall not to be confused with the its big sister 'Arc de Triomphe de l'�toile'.
Therefore it's often called by the French people as 'Petit Arc de Triomphe' (small Arc de Triomphe), but to me it's even finer when compared with its 'big sister' .
