I like the light on the water and rocks

Afraid I don't agree. First, there is nothing in the shot that is sharp. This can be corrected to some degree with the Sharpen tool.. Next, the photo is entitled Wavey 2, but the dominence is in the slice of sky and sun, and the water is subdued and without sufficient contrast. The yellow/gold borders, I would guess, are meant to compliment the sky colour. Now that I've decimated your photo, you have a very good, and interesting shot, within your presentation.Remove the borders, crop out the sky and water, to just behind the second wave.The width is fine Crop the bottom up to a point, where the darker pebbles create a diagonal line, that extends from the right side, to about 1/3rd of the distance across the bottom, or just short of center. Add enough saturation to bring out the colours of sunset, and you have a very interesting photo. If you didn't Sharpen it at the beginning, do it now. I think you'll like it.
