Went hiking by lake Ontario...the lake gave a nice backdrop colour to this plant shot (thanks to a slightly darker sky and snow).

How delightful. This humble dried weed looks magical with its coating of ice. Great composition to include the soft focused lake as a background.

I like this.
I just wish I had more time to get out this winter and photograph. Oh well, I guess I can get my image fix by looking at great winter images that others have taken.
