On day I was going out, and my camera was lying on the table, so I made this random shot and at home it turned out to look quite nice in my opinion.

That's really nice; the colors are lovely, the angle is cool, and for a "random shot" the focus is pretty good. A little more contrast might help out the far-left side, which is somewhat washed out because of all the light.
