A damselfly resting on a leaf in the forest. I tried to give the photo a nice effect by not taking the picture from the top, so you could see the fly, but from below. I think its different :) and not the same like "all" the others. I hope you like it :)

I started making pictures round about march 2006 and then stopped in feb 2007 because I sold my camera to Harm Gunnink who is also a member. I'am now saving money for the sony alhpa a100.

P.S. is it maybe possible if you have time to also give suggestion on how to improove my pictures but compliments are also good!

This is interesting...how you can see the shadow through the leaf and the parts of the actual wing sticking out on the sides...nice.

My comments will be hit and miss for the next month or so. I'm preparing to return to the U.S. on 1 Aug and will be on vacation until 20 Aug or so...I will be checking though and I look forward to your great shots! L8R...G8R
Good composition,great colours. My only slight problem is the subject is a bit small.
