I like the way that the flowers fill up the space. They're beautiful and a bright colour. Great capture. :)

The detail and clarity are good in your photo. Nice work on the technical side.
If you don't mind me suggesting ... I think that a tighter crop and eliminating the background flowers might elevate your photo that much more.
Not overly distracting, but ... as I said, given the quality of the capture of your focal subject ... I think you could keep the viewers' eyes on your flowery prize.

Something else to consider, and it really doesn't bother me ... the 'blemishes' on the petals look like they could easily be cloned out in an image editing program. Tidy things up somewhat is the thought here.
Really nice colour, vibrant and natural. And given that it would appear that you shot this one in the lighting conditions that you did (bright sun) ... nice work there.

I started making pictures round about march 2006 and then stopped in feb 2007 because I sold my camera to Harm Gunnink who is also a member. I'am now saving money for the sony alhpa a100.

P.S. is it maybe possible if you have time to also give suggestion on how to improove my pictures but compliments are also good!
