This image was taken in Chobe National Park in Botswana during our safari. It was the beginning of the hot, dry summer season, and I thought you could almost feel the heat in this image (50 degrees celsius and bone dry...). This group of Baobab trees was protected by surrounding rocks, and were among only a few such trees in the area, the rest being damaged or destroyed by the 90,000 elephants in the area. The bright sun washed out the colors (and the detail of the tree branches), so I converted the image to sepia.

This is awesome. I do love the color of sepia. This gives the image a feeling of heat and dryness. You have really captured something here. Good work from you :)
