This image was taken at the Badaling section of the Great Wall of China. This section was the first section of the wall to be open to tourists, and since over 130 million tourists have visited. This view is from the highest point, approximately a 40-minute jaunt upwards. It was pretty cold up there (but I'm Canadian, and used to it...), and an overcast day meant drab photos, hence the color was removed on the computer. I thought the blue tint looked sharper than plain b/w or sepia.

Very nice, it illustrates the scale of the thing well and the blue tint gives it that cold feel.
