This photo was taken on the very day that the QM II docked for the first time in Fort Lauderdale. We had just gotten in to Miami from our cruise and stopped to snap this. The whole Queen ship thing makes me think old so I made this old.

What a huge ship. The sepia tone gives it a "Titanic" look.Very nice photo.

lol, i thought it WAS the titanic the first time i looked at it, but realized it wasnt after noticing it didnt have the smoke stacks.

Hey I've been inside the original QM and it will make you feel ancient even if you're not. I missed the historic meeting of the two Queens in February 2006 in Long Beach CA, because tens of thousands people blocked my way to the port! I sat for an hour in my car in the highway unable to move forward or exit anywhere. Great sepia color treatment for this photo which sets the mood, I just wish there's more definition here.
