This was taken last week in Ocean City Maryland. We had been playing on the beach all day. Later in the evening within a few minutes..the waves changed from lapping and playful to these big powerful and beautiful waves. I don't live near the ocean and was surprised to see how quickly it changed. I found it fascinating. Hope you like them too.

Great photo here Kim! I love water shots like this one! Did you take this on the beach? Looks like you're in the water on a boat. lol. That seems bigger than I've seen the Pacific get here. For myself. But I don't get there much. Keep up the excellent work! Allen

Wonderful wave action you've captured here Kimberly. I've taken enough pictures of waves to know how easy it is just to miss the right moment by a split-second. These waves certainly look big and powerful.

Hey Kim!
Having the pier out in the background really really tells you how big the waves are. As soon as that tide shifts those breakers will roll in pretty quick!! Love the shot!
