A really nice perspective. For some reason, the hottest early days of April seem to create the most pleasant of evenings. The air seems to have a hushed, expectant quality that's difficult to explain. It only lasts a short time before we start to get into the teeth of summer. Then it just feels like someone left the world's biggest oven door open and we're all crackling in our own juices.
