In the B&W, you are drawn in by the brown horse, but in the color photo, you look at the horses first, then start glancing around at eveything else. I like both pics, but the color one is the best. Thanks for posting them both.

I like the color in this particular post better, myself. I think that black and white does well when there is not a lot of vegetation and there are big expanses ...blocks of color that don't necessarily add to the over all flavor of the view. I haven't worked much with black and white because I love details and color so much, but I can appreciate it :) Looking forward to more of your experiments.
