If I may be so bold to state Ian ... think this is closer to your creative signature of sorts ... that I have, at least ... come to associate with aspects of your abstract work.

Great colour contrast achieved here ... very rich, deep and certainly ... vibrant.

Add in the light play on facets of your flame here ... really well done.

A most polished presentation and a wonderful Apophysis flame.

Excellent work Ian.

Thanks again for sharing your talents and imparting some tips and advice along the way. :o)

Like ribbons folding in on themselves to create impossible geometry. Nice one Ian, #2 is a tough one to work with. It really seems to have a mind of its own :) Nice job.

Beautiful. I really like this even though it features neither my favourite colours or the degree of chaos/expansive coverage I tend to prefer(!). But there's something about this that just works for me. It also strikes me as having a certain mystique - like a mysterious alien/ancient object or an object designed to suggest that, maybe. Maybe only an appearance of mystery or maybe more...

I am honoured to be listed as a friend or to see an image of mine as a favourite, but I keep lists of neither. This helps me appreciate images uploaded by strangers as well as friends. Please understand that a failure to reciprocate in kind indicates a lack of appreciation for neither gesture nor work.

Ran across this in VB. Found it intriguing, so I looked until I found it. Love the colors. Reminds me of the Anheuser Busch logo. Maybe that's why I love it so...................
