Captured this unwanted visitor to the Block Party we gave on Aug. 23, 2016 for our neighbour who sold her house & was moving away. So my husband & I gave her a farewell from the area, Happy New Home Ruth, we'll miss you.
Anyway this fellow climbed a tree in our backyard smelling all the food beer and great wines. Was hooping for a hand out, but was getting tired of waiting by the way he has his chin resting on his arm, lol. Sure was wanting some of that tasty food. As you see by the sunlight on the tree it was getting near sunset.
Brought out more detail and more colour with Adobe Photoshop Elements 10 then iPiccy.com to make it smaller.

He looks comfortable and willing to wait out the party to get some goodies , what a great shot Pat. BTW , they are nocturnal and you might want to be careful , if he is out during the day he may be sick.

I had to smile at this shot as I was wondering if this little character thought he was trying to disguise itself as a leaf! ha ha We dont get these in our country, so an unusual sight for sure! Well done!

Those markings on those raccoons suit them well. They are little bandits. They wear a mask just like the crooks they are. Catch your back turned and they raid the pet dishes. But still I had to smile at this shot Pat.
