Hi Folks, this was taken: (2017, 02-18 Saturday Afternoon) on the Hub Trail. Our daughter-in-law wanted me to take more pictures of our granddaughter in the snow as the background. Just could not resist taking this shot due to the gorgeous colours and lighting.

Didn't do much to this one just to bring out more detail and bring out the colour to show you the beauty of Northern Ontario. Make it smaller for the site using iPiccy.com.

Hope you enjoyed our walk through the snow on the Hub Trail. As you see with the 5 days of warmer weather we have lost around 2 feet of snow. As you see it was a Gorgeous Day.

Your Comments are Most Welcomed and thanks for coming by.

Have a beautiful day, ♥ Skates

PS: I'll comment through the day - going to learn how to use our new snowblower at the dealer before they deliver it, hurray.

Really gorgeous winter shot Pat - they are starting to call this the winter without snow in my area - the last time we had an inch of snow was December before Xmas!

Not a beautiful but a perfect day, Pat (☺) .
See by this shot that you've taken all its possible advantages, resulting in a splendid 'Winter Wonderland' image.
Quite a different way of enjoying the snow as you know what I mean, my friend (shoveling).
Very well done!

Great scene, really like the shadows of the trees on the snow, makes this something that stands apart from the usual winter captures.

Nice winter scene Pat. Apart from all the work it makes for you it still has value in photographs.
