Here is another one of our iris and she is called: Jesse's Song. She bloomed on June 17, 2018 and of course ran out to take her picture.
I'm sitting in the Delta Lounge at the Minneapolis Minnesota airport waiting for my next flight in over 2 hours away to my final destination of St. Louis Missouri.

Fantastic shot with these colors and clarity on the iris. Also the dark background has made the flower beautifully conspicuous.

Beautiful flower and enhanced also by your flash photography...at least that is what it appears to be taken with. Flash has a tendency of enhancing detail and darkening background. Good job Pat.
