This is my second upload from St Patrick's Cathedral in NYC... from directly in front, looking up, with a mini tripod. I think the major light pollution of the big city actually worked to this picture's advantage. A friend's first reaction was "wow. deamon sky..."

Deamon sky? Don't think so. Looks more like trouble brewing in Heaven. Maybe Peter lost the key. Interesting shot.

I'm not really sure this angle works well, perhaps with a full moon, maybe a gargoyle ..

I do like seeing tall structures shot from this type of angle. It seems to enhance to feeling of massiveness. As far as the sky color, I tend to like diversions from tradition. I was surprised that the color was "out of the camera" and not the result of photo editing.

Very nice capture, but I think there could be a bit less "empty" space above the cathedral ;)
