I made this using Apophysis 2.02. I was expiramenting the first day I got it, and came out with this. As for the name, I don't get it, but it sounds cool. The size may be a tad off, mainly because I'm not skilled with Apophysis and is saved as 1600x1300.

G'day Will,
What I liked about this is that it's different from the normal digital images that tend to be around. They mostly go for sharp edges and bright colours and in your face dramatics. You've got a quiet, dark, moody evocative thing going on here that is pretty cool. The compositionally balance is good too, with the broad swathe of detail running diagonally and the shadows filling opposing corners, a good use of the *rule of thirds*. Great start. :)

Saw this in the VB and had to zoom over and DL it. Wonderful work -- love the lighting effect, the perspective, the composition, the tonal qualities, the leaf-like fractals. Just wonderful.
