I Love squirrels and i always wait for the perfect shot. is this good? no, i can do better. its a no win battle but in the end this is the best picture that i had and i thought to myself that the squirrel wouldnt let me get a better shot if i gave him a bucket of nuts...

Welcome to the squirrel gallery. I guess you noticed three squirrel shots close to each other in the new images. I like yours very much. You did get the perfect shot. Mine would have been better if I had been sitting outside waiting but unfortunately had to sneak from inside the house. This looks like a little kid playing in the grass and just heard his mom call. Great job.

it's definitely a good shot. i think i viewed this picture in the voting booth and gave it a 7 .when you get your bucket of nuts, try to get one of him eating them. excellent exposure. keep them coming. we'll enjoy them as much as you do.

I wish the shot had more clarity so that the grass would be in more focus and the squirrel wouldn't have jpeg dust around it, but I love the actual shot itself. maybe you can ask the squirrel to pose again for a few more tries? it's a wonderful shot, just a little fuzzy when enlarged.
