This is my first triptych, and I used white around the border, primarily because Paint wouldn't fill it to black, and secondarily because it might look better that way.

Good idea! Looks good. Good that you went with the progressive sunset theme. The white borders look good. Great job. I gave you 1 vote for each.......just kidding, I gave you a bunch.

I can just picture this in an art gallery in 100 years time... the guide is saying "In this piece you can see how the artist has used a brilliant white border to convey the feeling of light and space which reflects the images in the photographs... the purity of the white border shows the photographers sense of calm and release as he views the scene in front of him... and it serves to highlight the images and draw our attention in to the piece. And besides, he couldn't get paint to fill it in black."

Nice image! Maybe the horizons could be straightened up a bit... but if paint is all you have to work with, that might be easier said than done.

Hmmm nice work and a novel way of showing multiple sunsets ha. Good shots. Some of them have unbalanced horizons which I think u should fix.
