One of many trees we saw chopped down by beavers as we walked along the New River in SW VA.

Hi,
it is a very funny idea to call this pretty pic. 'beaver was here'. Perhaps the next time you will be able to photograph the beaver himelf by doing his work .
I wish you' be succesful

I was asked to give a comment on this pic. Here's an amateur's honest view.
The subject, a stump of tree evidently chopped down by beavers, is not eye-catching at first sight. Upon gazing at it and imagining the little sharp-toothed creatures working fervently at it, it sure becomes more interesting! The focusing is excellent and is the point of strength about this picture. The framing could be better (not enough significance is given to the main subject in this frame). Lighting is very good but colours are not ideal.
Overall, I think it's a good shot. I'd give it one green light and two amber ones.

Sincerely,
Rokh
