Anywho, the overall shot could be enhanced by a longer time delay to make the water more fluid...this would entail a tri-pod. I like the overall comp utilizing the dark & light areas as well as capturing the foreground thingys!!
I like the reeds in the foreground and the green ferns in the background. The shot is a bit close for me though...I might have backed off a few steps to give the viewer a bit more of an 'overall' idea of what is going on. A longer exposure would give the water that smoother look and therefore in my opinion, enhance this image overall. You have the right idea. Keep shooting those images.
