An old house (little castle) with furnishings from 1900 ± Now a museum open to the public, it is very popular as wedding venue (The original is an HDR in color)
As I didn't read your accompanying narrative at first. Was simply ... enjoying your image here. With, admittedly a question in my mind as to the 'how' behind the quality of the luminosity you achieved.

Compositionally? Again, nice job. what with all that is in frame ... think the element/facet of composition was what kept me looking at first, instead of that of reading your attached words.

Such a beautiful outcome. I am wondering if you desaturated or used channels to generate this lovely image from a colored HDR image. Good luck in the contest. This is wonderful.
