This whole story is quite unfortunate. Thank you for the updates and the photo is so clear. The other shots were great too.

Great angle Jen and the stormy sky adds a marvelous effect to the shot - makes it look like a storm caused the shipwreck. Good exposure, very sharp. Fine photojournalism and very sad :-( Well done. anne :-)

That's really too bad. I'm sure they will be able to refurbish it when they salvage it though. Unless you get some really bad waves! Great shot Jen! Looks like ya got your feet wet! :-)

This is really sad Jen. You've certainly captured it well. This one is crystal clear and I love the different shades of the water. From green to blues...it's amazingly beautiful. Thanks for sharing this and the story. Anita

This is a great shot, Jen. Not just the boat, but the multi coloured seas, sky and reef, all great.
Well done.

a real shame about the boat, but you've done an excellent job of not only capturing the images, but providing a real story behind them as well! kudos!

I like this shot. It's so sad! The poor boat. You almost feel sorry for it, like it has feelings...=(. I like how you got the lines dropping into the water very clearly...they add to the feeling of the photo. Good job!

Thanks for the comment on Looking Out. =)

Nice shot. Why didn't they just blow it up and return it to nature?

I love this. Those long lines streaming down from the masts are cool. This is a good drama. Keep shooting.

Technically better? I have really enjoyed all of this series of shots. This one has the interest of stong angles, the tilt of the boat against a strong horizontal. Great color in the seas and sky, too.
