I missed the previous version, but this is absolutely brilliant! Sometimes colors show up better when it is overcast and less chance of being "washed out" by the sun.

This is beautiful as is! I agree that the colors are very bright and the setting is peaceful. Love it!

I didn't see the other either Jen but this is really great. It is amazing how a red leaf tree really spruces up an image. The colors are excellent. It must have been nice to visit with Capt. Smith and Pocohantas, but aren't they getting along in years? Nice post.

78? Deserves 108! You do such nice work and you know that I've always said so. I wish you hadn't hidden your talent in Washington, but perhaps we'll have another get together and you'll bring out the good stuff???

Jen this is one of the most beautiful and perfectly composed autumn images I've ever seen. If you'd have had sunlight, you wouldn't have captured the rich colors we see. This is truly spectacular just as you shot it. anne :-)

There are tons of websites for uploading snapshots - photos of your neice, back yard, etc. "Caedes Man" did not start this website for that purpose. His intent was to offer a venue for folks to share artistic images that could be used as desktop backgrounds. Does anyone really want an out of focus shot of a dog for a desktop background? probably not. Let's share the good stuff and help others by telling them what's good or how to improve an image. We could all make Caedes a great site for everyone and use those other places for the snapshot sharing. A first rate family snap sharing website is www.easysite.com. FREE website to share all your snaps plus a whole lot more. Thanks for giving honest and usable feedback. Blessings to all, anne :-)
