Have to agree with those above. I love the color. In this instance it is somehow a richer view because of that added dimension of color. I try to fathom what makes something look better in black and white and it is a difficult decision. Here I find that I am more aware now of the pitcher she holds in her hands and the character of her face. Good capture, Jen.

An interesting vignette, well composed, of a fascinating character. However - sorry to say this, but the image doesn't seem quite sharp. There also seems to be some colour noise in the darker water. A couple of tweaks in Photoshop might well fix both of these points.
