These are Alstroemeria flowers and my contribution for Foofy Friday. These flowers were the hangers on from my Easter bouquet. Here is some additional info about the Alstroemeria flower. Alstroemeria, commonly called the Peruvian lily or lily of the Incas. Alstroemeria flower is symbolic of wealth, prosperity and fortune. It is also the flower of friendship. Alstroemeria flowers bloom during late spring or early summer and come in orange, pink, rose, purple, red, yellow, white or salmon colors. These flowers are commonly used in floral bouquets.
