This is the interior of the 1960 Corvette Convertible - Notice that the keys are in the ignition!!!! Love that the rear view mirror is mounted on the dash - also love that steering wheel - the radio is located at the top of the center console - AM only. My research shows that AM/FM radios became available beginning with the 1963 Corvette. Actually radios were an option - an AM radio cost $137.75 and an AM/FM radio cost $174.35. Another interesting fact is that Corvettes were assembled in one of three cities - Flint, Michigan, St. Louis, Missouri, and Bowling Green, Kentucky. This particular car was assembled in St. Louis, Missouri. Wanna go for a ride - anybody drive a stick lol!!!!!
