Mums the word - my contribution for Foofy Friday - Have a Great Weekend and Enjoy. What a difference a week makes. This time last week we were bracing for a major snowstorm. Supermarkets were mobbed - shelves emptied out - weather forecasters hyperventilating because they just love a major event. We were due to get 18 to 22 inches of snow and to expect power outages. When all was said and done, we got 22 inches of snow, no outages, dug out and resumed business as usual. We have had temps in the 40's this week and a lot of the snow has melted - everything is almost back to normal!!!!!

I was just ready to get off the site when this beauty popped up.
It could be Mr. & Mrs. Jonas relaxing after the storm.

Good one.

Wonderful color tones and lighting on these lovely flowers Laura. Here on TV also the reporters were hyperactive and showed mostly New York (that was bad) and the highways etc.

---everything is almost back to normal---

Laura, that's good news.
This image however isn't a NFFI (Normal Foofy Friday Image).
The excellent lighting is striking, so enhancing the already wonderful tones!
Really a SFFI (Super Foofy Friday Image). Perfectly done, my friend!

Laura, this is truly stunning, I love the lighting, and that eye popping color, kudos on this one my friend. I'm glad to hear things are getting back to normal for you. A major one might be hitting us next week, remains to be seen which path it will take. Stay warm, this sure warms me up. :) tigs=^..^=

This is exceptional lighting Laura - the color really pops with the slight backlighting - I'm glad it was not too bad for you - as Sandi said we may get hit Tuesday into Wednesday!

We got hit by the same storm system with pretty much the same results. A beautiful looking image and great capture, Laura. Lovely colours, lighting, and good composition of the photo.
