I like it. You have used the branch and the trunk well to anchor the shot. I might have been tempted to swing slightly more to the right to show the meeting of the trunk and the branch, but it works. Also the exposure works. It is amost impossible to have the background sky and the leaves expose correctly. The eye has a range of 12-15 stops and a digital camera between 5 and 7 stops, so the eye will always see more than the camera. In this case exposing for the leaves is closer to the way we experience a tree like this.
