On a trip to Maine, I was walking down a dirt path and spotted this bird, and then took a few pictures of it. Hope you like it!

An excellent capture of a very charming bird. The focus is spot-on and the lighting is very effective.

Lovely bird, something not seen in my part of the country. You got a glint in his eye, which works well. Have you considered chopping this in a little closer? You seem to have enough pixels if you wanted to try it...

Very nice shot, Jim. A couple minor items, the twig that exits the right border leads the eye right out of the picture.
Cloning it out all the way back to almost the 4th sprout, and then cropping in from the left border to just eliminate the upper portion of tree leaves, brings it all back into balance and gives the bird even more prominence and no distracting influences.
