I started a new thing I call "ground shooting" where I put the camera on the ground and shoot up. It creates an effect kinda like " Honey I shrunk the Kids" This was one of my favorites taken north of Bolton, Ontario.

These Trillium are really considered deep pink, and they are an endangered species. So no one is supposed to pick them at all. I love them. We have many of them in ORegon too. You took a beautiful photo of this one.I have always thought trying out different angles is such a great idea..It sure takes a person away from the ordinary. They are such a delicate flower. Thanx for posting this...Ya did good...Verena

Great shot with a nice woodsy background and a bit of blue sky. You chose a very appropriate angle for this elegant photo.
