A pretty little flower under my apple tree. I am not sure what its called but its nice to see its cheery face.

This is really a beautiful little flower and the clarity & colour are really super great. It's quite an interesting looking flower, wow. Love this posting and thanks for sharing with us.

Great shot. The composition is just perfect. The bright yellow goes so well on top of the dark lush green. An outstanding shot.Good job.

Gorgeous flower, MFJ The splash of yellow in the middle of the dark green is fantastic. I have no idea what the flower is, but you would have already guessed that I wouldn't know!

This IS a pretty little thing :) I don't think I've ever seen one of these before. It looks like a flower in a flower with the perfectly rounded petals on the inside and the longer ones behind them. You captured this very nicely too, with the slight angle you shot it from.

It is an Aquilegia (Columbine) Jo - they are also known as Grannies Bonnets :)
