Found myself rowing a boat, in the middle of a lake (in the Lake District UK again).. I loved the water out there.. Not sure about the reason for my temporary fixation with it - any wannabe psychologists ready to afford me an explanation? =) Oyeah, thought the random cloud cover was pretty cool too..

I agree with Darryl, though, I think his opinion is probably more professional than mine as he takes amazing shots. This image is beautiful, the hillsides are really crisp and green, makes me desire to visit area's like these more :) Thank you for sharing this :)

Excellent capture on this Manik....the colors are beautiful. The sky & the lake seem to be seperated only by the hills. This image has a softness to it that draws me to staring at it...you don't need any help, just more pictures! In my fav's on my HD. Thank you :)

Not a shrink, but water has for millenia been seen as having spiritual qualities (ancient Celtic portal to the otherworld, Christian baptism, birth, etc.), so maybe that's what you find fascinating on a subconscious level. Or maybe it's just because it's beautiful. Definite 10 from me, anyway.

Yeah I like the cloud cover too, tho giving it a darker tint to remove the slight brilliance would be good. Lucky you, that looks like an awesome place for a therapeutic getaway ;) So enchanting.
