Really neat capture of the prairie with the fluffly white clouds. The flora colors and the sky look great together. Was this on your way home? Good job :)
Thanks Mimi,Joost,Vladamir,Al&Alexis. This was taken on the way up with no polarizing filter. The natural setting was just great that day.

oh my gosh!!! this is one of the MOST beautiful photos I have seen on Caedes! I think it reminds me of where I lived in my teen years in South Dakota..OHHHH the colour of the wheat or grass, whichever it is..it is sooooooo soothing against that blue and white sky! You have made my day with this beauty!! The perspective..wow!!!how the clouds seem to drift into smaller and smaller as they are farther away..then the fence so small yet so impressive. I am just totally captured by this....ten ten PLUS...and into favs and ONTO desktop right now! Bravo!!!!!!!
I hold it true that thoughts are things; They're endowed with bodies, breath and wings:
And that we send them forth to fill the world with good results, or ill.
That which we call our secret thought speeds forth to earth's remotest spot, leaving it's blessings or it's woes like tracks behind it as it goes.
We build our future, thought by thought for good or for ill, yet know it not.
Yet so the universe was wrought .
Thought is another name for fate.
Choose then thy destiny and wait, for Love brings Love and Hate brings Hate. - Henry Van Dyke.
Thanks Dj&Tracy. No filters on this one Trace just a slight bump of the blue with hue and saturation.Almost what you see is what I got :)

Wow, my first find under the new "Top New Images" system. What a beautiful and crisp photo. This one really makes you feel like you're standing out there. Nice work Jojo~
Hello again, I like this, however could you crop more foreground out? The sky is so impresive I think it would work well with less foreground!!
Love the shot still.
Thanks Silent for speaking up lol and Red it is always possible to crop more.I will work with the image and look at what you see in it thanks.

Very nice Joseph. I like the solitude, it's almost as if it were standing alone against all of the elements by shear will power. It kind of reminds me of my image "Against the Elements ----- Lone Warrior ", but much better.
In a dream I walked with God through the deep places of creation...until, around me, was an infinity into which we all flowed together and lived anew, like the rings made by raindrops upon wide expanses of calm dark waters.

Yep. That's "out there" alright. I can hear the gentle wind and see the grasses blowing. That sky is awesome with it's splattering of clouds. Sort of an unusual cloud pattern. This is a little bit of departure in color for you, but it works. Nice.
