A remote hard to reach fort which once served as the capital of the famous Maratha King, Shivaji. Taken in the dry season (about 5 weeks back)...after rains, this place becomes greeeeeen.

I hope there's an easier way up to the fort, because I don't think we can storm it by running up that hill. :) Nice angle and composition. Good job.

Shivaji Maharaj had built some impressive forts and this is one of those. Thanks for sharing this JP, this is real special for me (I'm a great admirer of this mighty king). Good angle and a nice shot. Now go back in monsoon and get me a greeeeeen one :)
