Definitely an owl. It reminds me of the owl in those safety films about electricity they used to show us in school. That owl used to bring the tips of his or her wings together in just the same disapproving way as yours. That owl was disapproving of young birds playing on electricity pylons and things, but I wonder what yours is tut-tutting over.
Great colours. I can't decide if this own is wearing extremely wide glasses or if it sitting behind a rather misshapen and ill-formed infinity sign. Perhaps you could ask?

Looks like Tweety Bird went to college and became a professor...at least he didn't change his colors any...must have graduated from HDBU (Happy Daze Bird University) *sigh* that would have been a much better joke if only everyone knew about that esteemed beacon of HIGHER education and hadn't run afoul of treating it with the respect it so richly deserves ....?????????????
