Some of the most beautiful things in life are also it's most humble. They are just there, waiting to be enjoyed and appreciated if you choose. Thanks my friends. J :)
THE CAMERA'S ONLY JOB is to get out of the way of making photographs. It's entirely an artist's eye, patience, and skill that makes an image. ~Ken Rockwell VISIT MY GALLERY

Bit of a show-off is Humble, apparently. This reminds me of a male bird displaying magnificent tail feathers to potential mates - only without the bird. Rather like a peacock but in different colours.
I am honoured to be listed as a friend or to see an image of mine as a favourite, but I keep lists of neither. This helps me appreciate images uploaded by strangers as well as friends. Please understand that a failure to reciprocate in kind indicates a lack of appreciation for neither gesture nor work.
This reminds me of the song "Spank" by Kenny Wayne Shepherd and Kid Rock.
Yes!! You are so right!!! And even though I have no idea how humble a fractal this is (looks like a work of art to me)...I love your idea..looking for the big thrill, sometimes we miss the best that is right under our noses...you gotta stop catching me..<<LOL>>> :)
"The artist is a receptacle for emotions that come from all over the place; from the sky, from the earth, from a scrap of paper, from a passing shape, from a spider’s web." Pablo Picasso
You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being.

John, this is one of the most soft, gentle, humble, muted, gorgeous fractals I have seen. I use those words because the design itself just reeks of simplicity. we all know that "less is better', right? This is already on my desktop and going into my favorites on my harddrive. Thank you so very, very much for sharing this with me ;-)
*edit* the gradient colors are the real grabber here!!
*You will have noticed that I haven't been commenting as much on your fine images!..This is because of the pains in my hands!..the constant use of the keyboard, makes this difficult..so, my dear friends..I can only apologise to you all in advance!*

"I decided that it was not wisdom that enabled [poets] to write their poetry, but a kind of instinct or inspiration, such as you find in seers and prophets who deliver all their sublime messages without knowing in the least what they mean."
