Talk about a heart string tugger. This is so cute. Innocence captured so lovingly and so well.

This would rate a 10 from me in the voting booth!

We don’t make art to show someone what something looks like. All this requires is eyes (or a lens). Art is supposed to have meaning, emotion, power, or magic. Alan & Mario "FourThirds"

I like the structure of the picture with the winding road and trees to either side. For me there is a little too much dark foreground with the characters too central. I feel that if they were at the bottom third point the picture would have a better feel to it as they would have further to walk. The little house peeping from the trees is unfortunate as it gives the children a very close destination.

Arrggh! My first reaction is, "Get those kids out of the road!!!" Maybe it's because I can't see around the bend and they're walking between car tracks... That aside, the surroundings frame them well, but I might, too, have raised the camera a bit. Give 'em a hug for me, grandpa!

Mares eat oats and does eat oats and little lambs eat ivy. A kid'll eat ivy too, wouldn't you?

The young do not know enough to be prudent, and therefore they attempt the impossible- and achieve it.

If you look real hard on the right over the snowbank, in the highest format, you'll see the two goldens rearing their heads, wondering who is approaching!
