This is an interesting and fun manipulation...the digital hand ruffles the surface of the digital water, and NOT a digitalized pic of a hand ruffling water. I like the concept and I hope you do more with the idea. If you wanted this to be simply a pleasing and abstract design suggesting water, then I think you need to remove the hand. It would also be nice that way, but I like the way you did it better.
