I wanted a photo of the lighthouse at Port Washington, Wisconsin. The light is situated at the end of a very long walkway extending into Lake Michigan. By the time I got to the point where the walkway became very narrow and rugged, the fog rolled in very quickly, totally obscuring the lighthouse. No lighthouse to be seen but still makes an interesting wallpaper.

So, you got something else and it is really very nice. The fog always adds a tone of mystery to any image and your walkway leads us there whether we want to go or not. Well done.

Very nice picture. I love how it just fades off into nothing or the unknown. Very symbolic :)

Cool shot...I love how the walkway just disappears into the fog. Maybe its just my liking of B&W, but maybe desaturating the image would give it a more mysterious and eerie feeling. Just a thought...still a great image nonetheless!!
