I apologize for the clutter but I do live in E. TN. and trying to take a shot without trees is almost imposable. LOL I think this is an old church, But I can’t be sure. There is nothing left inside anymore to tell what it was used for.

Well sir...This is a mighty fine lookin' structure, what could be turned into a home right quick. A little duct tape on the roof, and some plastic over the winders, and it's good ta go. It could use a couple a plastic pink flamingos in the yard, though. LOL. I love old buildings like this for pictures.

It does look like an old Chruch or school. It has been empty for some time judging from the size of the trees that have it surrounded. Nice find and post.

Looks like those trees are the only thing supporting the structure. A fine capture and composition. The lighting could be improved, appears somewhat hazy in the top half of the shot. A nice job Sheldon with this photo. Have a great day, Wendell.

In order to discover who you are, first learn who everybody else is; you're what's left.

Hi, Sheldon,

Isn't this the house where Jed Clampett lived before he struck oil and moved to Beverly Hills next door to Mr. Drysdale? Wait a second, there's Ellie May and Jethro!!!

Actually this is a wonderful old structure. It's very difficult to take a photo like this where I am since anything built before 1950 is historical. However, typically what I do is take my chain saw with me. Today I wanted a picture of a windmill but it was obscured by a dozen 250 year old oak trees; so I took them down. Luckily it was in the National Forest nearby; so nobody will notice for weeks.

"Nice shot". My only critique is that the sky seems to be overexposed. On one of my pictures, they suggested that I adjust the hue of the sky. With my software there is no adjustment for parts of a picture. I could turn the whole picture bluer, decrease the contrast and call it a scene from Avatar.
