Not sure what I was trying to accomplish here. Just a wild idea..my first and my current pair of "manly footwear". Trying a sepia type image for the first time. Look forward to the feedback and critiquing from you all. Let me know what you think!

It takes a man Dan to fill those boots. Wish you would post one in color. My how you've grown! Very nice pic!

Excellent photo and great composition! I wear nothing but boots...at work, at home and at play. Like the sepia effect...worked perfect with your photo...adds to the rough leather feel. Great job!

A great photo of a cowboy theme. I too like the sepia tone. It's very appropriate, and really makes the photo stand out from the crowd. Congratulations!

I like the sepia tone you used here as well as the baby shoes to provide the duality. Nice contrast they made :) The title made me immediate think of Nancy Sinatra's song "These Boot's Were Made For Walking". Catchy title and good thinking outside the box. Thank you ;~)

Actually....to me, this would be one helluva FATHER'S DAY piece!!!!!!!!!!!!! The big tough boots and the little baby shoes dangling from them. Just my take on it...
I really like this, Dan!

I gotta agree with Terri, this is Fathers day. Look around for a pair of tiny boots and try this one again with maybe a little more light and rumple the blanket a little more casually. I love the idea of a western father and son image.
