I think this photo is strong enough to stand on its own merits; the odd-shape frame isn't doing much for it. Either eliminate the frame altogether or crop the image to fit a standard or wide screen monitor, drop a thin black border around the image, followed by a thin border using a color from inside the photo, maybe a light gold from the sky, then finish with a thick black border, thick enough so it appears to be about 3/4" to 1" on the screen. That strong black border and thin drawn-color line will give your excellent photo even more punch — guaranteed. I gave it a 7 in the VB but better framing would have garnered an 8 or 9. Careful "Smart sharpening" in Photoshop 4 or 5 would have brought it to a 10... at least from me (I can't vouch for what the "drive-by" voters on this site would do). Good capture, but needs more post-shutter work.
