"The more we come in contact with animals, and observe their behaviour, the more we love them, for we see how great is their care for their young." - philosopher Immanuel Kant
Like the image. It is certainly thought-provoking. Found my eyes being distrated though by sky. I wonder whether tighter cropping might help concentrate the viewer to follow the strong lines of the tree to the web. It does not matter to me if it is not immediately apparent that it is a tree, I think it works as an abstract picture that isn't - if you see what I mean?
Really cool angle and the grain of the wood is very good. This would certainly pass muster as an abstract with the sky cropped out and works either way. It's an original shot, I like it.
