I allmost never shoot in the early morning. ^_^ It's from the middle of the afternoon. I guess the short winter days stand for the nice light, and those lichen I foud were just amazing...
A perfect example of the use of short depth of focus to isolate the area of interest. Great light and a very sympathetic range of colours. Nice work, Klas!
I would say you get this talent from your mother Klas! Great capture and would have said the same as above, but I have been a slacker lately and they beat me to it;-)
I'd say you're probably right Darryl... My dad is quite an ok photographer too so I think I got it from both sides. ^_^ It's a must to be a slacker from time to time. :) Thanks for the comment.
this is a yummy pic Klas, vibrant colours & crispy sharpness.i like it, some of the best u have done recently methinks :) love the level of focus , on both the backdrop & the foreground. : )
Thanks for those kind words Avi. I've allmost not taken a good shooting session like this one since late autumn... My camera has been on the shelf except for shooting family snaps of my son and such with only some small exception. It felt really good to be out in the nature for some hours and take some shots. :) I'm glad the result is so well received.
