I spend 3 hours on 1 square meter in my backyard taking some frames. Since i got a few pics to share i decided to do a series .
Here is # 1 of a bugs life.
As always feel free to be critical.
As always, an incredible macro. However, there are marks in the upper left and lower right (in the background)...dust on your sensor, or something similar perhaps? Or is that something in the image?
Superb image Kristof. I see what jeff mentioned but they are so small and transparent that it hardly matters. Good thing you pushed the button...looks like he is cocked and ready to fire...you are the Magnificent Macro man...outstanding job..Great color and clarity. Bill
I agree that it hardly matters, and Kristof knows that I think he is the macro master. I just wanted him to be aware so that it doesn't spoil any future shots.
I cannot even imagine how it would feel to get a shot this fine!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Unbelievable! You are certainly one of the most talented photographers here! Awesome shot!
That's unreal. Anyone who doesn't download this composition is really cheating themselves out of some super detail. That grasshopper has been definitely been put on display by your camera expertise. Nice work.
Pat
I like the way the grasshopper stands out against the leaf due to your excellent lighting and precise focus even though his natural camouflage is designed to make him difficult to see. Wonderful!
Hi Kristof, you have terrific work here...perfect detail. Amazing how this grasshopper blends into green plant...you have good eye to find him..gerry..
I saw this today displayed on the home page of Caedes, and I knew immediately it was yours, and wondered why I didn't get a friend nudge about it, LOL! Then I saw the date. This is a really wonderful shot, you really do incredible work.
