I love the light and the colours in this. The composition, with the chair serving as the "viewer", implying someone gets to see this all the time (Lucky bastard!) is excellent. It would be a simple thing to level the image, a feature present in even free photo software. Take a look at Photofiltre link this is free, safe and easy to use for such basic photo fixes. This is such a beautiful image it deserves being made perfect. :)
I agree with myth maker it does need leveling. I also think that cutting off the bottom of the chair is distracting. there is a lot of plain blue sky you could loose and lower the viewpoint to include the chair and some more jetty to emphasize the foreground a little more. This is of course always easy to say after the event and no way distracts from the quality of the light and beauty of the scene you captured.
